This is the end of month position for 31st May 2026.

The portfolio has had a mixed month, although it remains in positive territory overall. ACM Research Inc continues to be the standout performer, up by 107.7% since the start of the year. Halliburton Co is also doing well at +20.7%. The remainder of the portfolio is more subdued, with Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust the biggest laggard at -14.1%, followed by Galiano Gold Inc at -8.6%. Part of the ACM Research Inc holding was sold during the month to bank the first acorn. The overall portfolio is up by 7.32% after five months, although it is currently behind the S&P 500 index.

Transactions (May 2026)

There was one transaction during May 2026, as detailed below.

Part of the ACM Research Inc holding was sold, generating proceeds of $999.00, to bank the first acorn on that position. The resulting cash balance, within the portfolio, is $1,684.85.

The ‘Bench Mark’ for the portfolio is the SP500 index (SP500), which started the year at 6,845.50. By 31st May 2026, it had increased by 10.73% to 7,580.06. The Portfolio, which is up by 7.32% at 31st May, is therefore currently underperforming the index by 3.41% (7.32% – 10.73%)
